tools from practice

Built for the job, not for the shelf.

Every one of these apps exists because I had a concrete problem in one of my own companies. None was meant to be sold – they were meant to make real workflows faster and simpler. That you can download them here is the by-product.

Studio Beat

The macOS app for dance teachers

Live

Built for my own dance school – so class runs without fiddling in a music app. Tempo, transitions, analysis: all where you need it in the studio.

  • Change tempo without pitch shift (0.5×–1.5×)
  • Seamless transitions with an ambient bridge
  • Automatic BPM, key and dance-style analysis
  • Your own library with search, comments and playlists

macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer · Apple Silicon recommended · signed & notarized

Install: open the DMG, drag Studio Beat to “Applications”, launch it. On first start the app sets up a few components.

Book and check in for the studio – iOS & Android

Live

Built so my course members can book, pay and check in on-site via QR code without a phone call. Born from the needs of my own courses – now white-label for any provider.

  • Browse and book courses, appointments and events
  • QR code check-in on-site
  • Manage memberships, multi-passes and vouchers
  • View invoices and receive push notifications

Miru

Transcribe conversations – right on your iPhone

Live

Built because I wanted conversations and meetings as clean text instantly – fully on-device, without my data ever leaving for some cloud.

  • On-device transcription (iOS 26+, no cloud roundtrip)
  • Automatic speaker separation
  • Export as TXT, Markdown or PDF
  • No tracking, no analytics, no third parties
